About this role:The Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking group is looking for a dynamic product manager to join the Digital Onboarding and Servicing team. As the product management group responsible for the digital experiences to support onboarding and servicing journeys for all Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking clients, we have the ability to make immediate and long-lasting impacts to support our clients and their journey through their lifecycle with Wells Fargo. We are seeking to transform our business model to meet evolving client needs, and establish a world class digital brand that supports the entire onboarding and servicing lifecycle for our commercial and corporate clients.In this role, you will:

Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle

Lead the execution of complex digital products, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise

Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

Act as key participant in large-scale planning

Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives to market

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve execution goals

Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities

Define the product roadmap based on business outcomes.

Operating as primary interface between business, tech, ops, risk, legal and compliance to drive digital solutions to internal and external clients

Required Qualifications, US:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higher

At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking

At least three years working on bringing new products to market including documentation, training and communication to both internal and external audiences

Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions and product rollouts

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other businesses and functional areas

Demonstrable knowledge of the product management discipline
